Returns: You may return any Product within the first 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions described below. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased the product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. Custom product orders are marked as final sale.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts) for reasons not due to our error are not subject to refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then the return will be processed.

HideAway offers free returns for products within 30 days of delivery. Materials must be unused and returned in full. Free returns are not applicable to orders that have received custom or discounted pricing.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
